Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Reinstatement SG collects, uses and discloses personal data, consistent with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). It is general information, not legal advice. Last updated July 2026.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry through our quote form, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, and details about your space, such as space type, size and lease end date. We also record a match-me preference and any message you add.

Why we collect it (purpose)

We collect this data for one purpose: to pass your enquiry to a reinstatement contractor, or up to 3 contractors if you choose the match-me option, so they can contact you about a quote. We do not use your data for any purpose beyond this without telling you first.

Consent

Submitting the enquiry form is how you give consent, after reading the disclosure line shown next to the submit button. The match-me option is pre-selected to share your enquiry with up to 3 contractors, and you can switch it to a single enquiry before you send the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing team@reinstatementsg.com; this will not affect any enquiry already sent to a contractor.

Who we share it with

We share your enquiry details with the reinstatement contractor or contractors you're matched with. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone outside this purpose.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records only as long as needed for the purpose above and any legal or accounting requirement, then delete or anonymise them.

Access and correction

Under the PDPA you can ask what personal data we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to stop using it. Email team@reinstatementsg.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We use reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect the data you submit, including working with a lead-management service that stores enquiry data securely.
