Why we built this
Reinstatement clauses are standard in most Singapore commercial leases, but the obligation is rarely explained clearly at the point a tenant signs. Tenants are often left to work out cost and timing on their own, late in the lease, under time pressure. How the quote request works
When you submit an enquiry, we pass your space type, size and lease end date to reinstatement contractors serving your area, either one contractor or up to 3 if you choose the match-me option. You review any response and decide whether to proceed.
